François Revol ef9aa9a756 Finally got a fix for attribute errors when building on linux without xattr. 
After copying the mime db or packages the files were removed, but not the corresponding attribute storage files.
So when an inode got reused the file inherited those leftover attributes.
We now remove them before removing the files.

François Revol d40bcaab8e m68k code. 
We will use SRP (supervisor root pointer) register to hold the current thread pointer.
Its use by the pmmu is optional and I don't plan on using it.
There are 32 other bits left.
Wonder if weshouldn't use it for system_time() instead... will see, but there are no other usable regs.

François Revol 5f470189bc This should support KLSI KL5KUSB105D based adapters, like that usb-to-serial Palm (for use with serial craddle) I got here. 
If I understood the linux driver correctly it should work but it seems I didn't yet :)
For now it only lights the Terminal Ready light on my modem, doesn't get any data sent.
Is it me or the semantics with the on_write() hook is broken ? (it's made to add headers/footers to buffers, but then header size is counted as written data, while it's not data as sent to the driver...)

François Revol 3d5bdb8688 Added a keep_port_ownership driver setting for EHCI, to allow keeping devices on EHCI instead of giving them up to the 1.0 controller. 
Hopefully this will get things working here until OHCI is implemented.
