PulkoMandy 36aa36d060 Increase PTHREAD_KEYS_MAX from 256 to 512 
Current values from other systems:

- Linux/glibc: 1024
- OpenBSD: 512
- FreeBSD and NetBSD: 256

256 keys causes a problem with the Rust compiler running out of TLS keys
