Stefano Ceccherini 903625ee29 Extract the code to copy the bacbuffer to the direct window. 
When in nondirect mode, SwapBuffers() wasn't respecting the vsync parameter.

Stefano Ceccherini 64bd6d9651 Fix CID 890. dest was leaked on error. To me it seems that src is leaked too, 
and there's even a comment that says we are leaking memory.
Coverity doesn't complain, though, so I wonder if I'm wrong. Please someone
have a second look.

Stefano Ceccherini 568bdbf719 Convert the BPoint to screen coordinates respecting the scale 
(using ConvertToScreenForDrawing()) before drawing a BPicture, both directly
and inside another BPicture. Restore the drawing origin when drawing a nested
BPicture (like we already do when drawing it directly).
Fixes #6008.

Stefano Ceccherini 6491fb598a Terminal will issue an alert, if there are active processes and the 
user closes the window (doesn't work if the user closes only a tab, yet).
Active by default but can be disabled by a checkbox.
- The preference window needs to be reworked.
- Wording of the alert and the option can be improved (I accept advices).

Stefano Ceccherini d9fdb4f6cd Added Shell::HasActiveProcesses() and TermView::IsShellBusy() (which calls 
the former) to tell if some process launched from the terminal is still
running. Some style fix in Shell.h, made a parameter const.
Added basic TermWindow::QuitRequested()

Stefano Ceccherini 80490c776a Add a menufield to select color combinations, and add obvious 
"white on black" and "black on white". For some reason these aren't
applied live, like when you chose a custom combo.
I'm not really fond of the code, and will rework it in the next few days.
But at least it works!

Stefano Ceccherini 7ecc04177a Removed use of fDynamicItemsAdded, since it can't work like this. 
Since a custom BMenu can remove the added items whenever it wants,
they wouldn't never be added back if the menu wasn't destroyed
and recreated

Stefano Ceccherini 780b76dcf9 Applied patch by Ziusudra in ticket #4930 to avoid a deadlock when 
navigating the menus via keyboard.
I also factored some code into functions, in particular the code to
add the dynamic items. Also keep track if the dynamic items have been added
or not (using a new boolean class member).
I tested for regressions but couldn't find any.

Stefano Ceccherini 8345d7559d Don't set the width and height of the view in the constructor, 
otherwise some other calculation screws up later, and the menu frame ends up
to be offsetted by its height. Fixes ticket #6159.

Stefano Ceccherini 393127df0f Use %c to print uint8. This avoids a crash. I'm not sure this is a gcc bug, 
or we were using the previous form incorrectly. Anyway, this doesn't change
the functionality and fixes ticket #5676.

Stefano Ceccherini 8ce4644fbd If SetFullScreen() was called on a hidden BDirectWindow, it wouldn't be 
set to fullscreen (since that code checks for a Screen object, and is null in
that case). So we also call ResizeToFullScreen() in ServerWindow::_Show(), 
if needed. Fix ticket #4456.

Stefano Ceccherini e6dc15ca68 int8 and uint8 passed 3 parameters to the printf string, 
but only 2 were used, leading to various problems (like bug #5596).
I added another variation of print_type which handles that case.

Stefano Ceccherini 05525b50d0 Commented out BMessage::PrintToStream() calls which crash (worked before). 
The tests shows that Drawing shapes within BPicture is broken.

Stefano Ceccherini 36eb70516c Fixed various problems which didn't let HPET timers work on my machine, most 
notably:
- in hpet_clear_hardware_timer() we cleared the HPET_CONF_TIMER_INT_ENABLE
flag, and never set it back anymore (now we do, in hpet_set_hardware_timer())
- the incorrect interrupt configuration (although it shouldn't matter in legacy mode).
Also test the HPET counter before trying to use it.
Improved debug information.
HPET timers are still at priority 0, since I coulnd't yet test on other
machines (besides mine, QEMU and XenServer 5.5), and doen't work for
some reason with SMP enabled.

Stefano Ceccherini 03bab65450 set_hardware_timer() would sometimes (on boot) pass a negative timeout to 
arch_timer_set_hardware_timer(). This was harmless, at least with our
current x86 timers implementation, since they checked for minimum timeouts.
Very small cleanup (now that the file is compiled as C++).

Stefano Ceccherini f7c5116756 Removed the shell invocation from Arguments, moved it into TermApp. 
Get the user shell with getpwuid(), since this should be the correct way
to do it (and mmu_man wants it like this).
Note that when opening a new terminal tab, this is ignored, and a fixed
invocation is used (in the Shell class)

Stefano Ceccherini 74d2e1599a Invoke the shell using /bin/bash instead of /bin/sh. 
Use convert_to/from_utf8() directly instead of the homebrewn proxy methods.
Removed CodeConv from the repository.
Remove UTF8WidthTbl.c from the repository, since it's not used anymore.
