Rene Gollent 5c9b247667 The cmd+` shortcut wasn't taking into account if the user was currently holding a 
window with the mouse, and as such didn't take it along to the new workspace
as the cmd+F# shortcuts do. Fixes #7057.

Rene Gollent 6997467eea Fix an instance where an allocation wasn't checked for success. 
Wrap call to SymbolLookup::Init() in a try/catch block since it could
potentially throw an exception. This was causing the debugger to terminate
in some instances.

Rene Gollent 8fb7eb8b17 Implement support for catching rename and thread priority change events. 
This lets us keep up to date with thread names, which makes, for example
Tracker a bit more tolerable to debug since it employs thread renaming
to set the names of its windows.

Implements #4430.

Rene Gollent d4556a4f56 - More style cleanups. 
- Add FindSection() and IsLoaded() calls to ElfFile.
- On init, cache the section start/end for the .text and .plt
  sections in DwarfImageDebugInfo. Use them to make the check
  for classifying addresses significantly cheaper.

Rene Gollent 2e3906da98 - Set up correct stack pointer rule (value offset, not location offset). 
- Init all registers to same value by default. gcc doesn't set up explicit CFI
  for same-value registers, so assume any register follows that rule until
  explicitly told otherwise (c.f. gdb/dwarf2-frame.c:793).

Rene Gollent 87d85ea382 - Refactor setting up the default register rules to happen in the Architecture 
class in order to allow us to set up architecture specific default rules
for registers that aren't explicitly set by the CFI program.
- Set up default rule for EIP on x86.
- Theoretically set up a default rule for the stack pointer. Disabled for the
time being though until I determine why that rule's not yielding the expected
values for ESP in anything other than the top frame, though the other location
offset rules work as expected.

Rene Gollent a4943027ae ValueLocation::SetTo() normally tries to resolve size and offset differences 
versus the passed in base location. In the case of a union we don't
want this behavior since all members start at offset 0. Fixes union values
showing up incorrectly in various circumstances.

Rene Gollent abd313a55c When parsing the CIE, the offset being passed to _ParseFrameInfoInstructions() was not taking the initial CIE offset into account. This led to completely the wrong instructions being parsed, which in turn resulted in stack frames for some functions failing to unwind correctly.

Rene Gollent 17e54d27dc r39419 accidentally introduced an additional local variable that shadowed the one used to return errors from _LaunchApp. This had the net effect that errors were never returned correctly.

Rene Gollent f07f493d26 When unwinding the stack frame, correctly account for the number of 
bytes of augmentation data that were skipped. Fixes some of the problems 
seen with, e.g. StyledEdit in the Debugger, though it doesn't help 
explain the corresponding problems seen with gdb as well.

Rene Gollent 31a81a2b93 Go through the list view to tell it to expand the super item rather than 
setting its expanded property. Doesn't actually fix #6747 but at least corrects
the observed bogus behavior for now until I figure out a proper solution that
isn't hideously inefficient, no thanks to the train wreck that is the API
design we inherited from Be for BOLV.

Rene Gollent cc7d899023 When using gcc 4, disallow use of CFI asm for now. This renders executables

Rene Gollent 9e9c8091e7 Remove the "Full Date" setting and associated madness with respect to 
the deskbar's current orientation. Instead, we now always show the full
date, but as a tooltip rather than switching the timeview's display
based on a mouse click.

Rene Gollent 567ffaecb9 FetchNaturalChunk() needs to use isspace() just as NaturalCompare does 
when retrieving number chunks. Otherwise we wind up with an infinite
loop if a number chunk is preceded by another whitespace char such as
\t. Fixes a hang observed on Clemens' mail store.

Rene Gollent d8ede51747 If we failed to instantiate the view (ergo we are a zombie), don't remove the drop coordinates from the replicant message we store as they'll be needed in order to reinstantiate the zombie at the correct position on the next pass.

Rene Gollent 2041484b41 Fix various problems found while investigating (and fixing) CID 1453. In short, handling of zombie replicants was completely broken ; they never actually made it to the shelf, and weren't saved/restored either. A problem still remains with respect to restoring them (the shelf relies on the dragged message's drop point to position them, which isn't preserved when the message is flattened/unflattened it seems).
