Rene Gollent 0b0e9179c3 Pass the favorites menu a reference to the file panel's ref filter. This is necessary since favorites are no longer constrained to only being folders, and as such they need to likewise be constrained to only display supported types. Fixes another part of #4916.

Rene Gollent f4dc59983b Partially implement ticket #4916: 
- Rename "Configure Favorites..." to "Edit Favorites...".
	- Remove the old-style Configure Favorites dialog in favor of simply
	  opening the favorites folder (~/config/settings/Tracker/go) in a
	  Tracker window for the user to manipulate.
	- Rename the "Favorite Folders" section to simply "Favorites" as files
 	  are also allowed (i.e. to easily open a template document).
 	- Removed completely arbitrary (and silent) 20 item limit to favorites
 	  list.
 	- Automatic whitespace cleanup
Still to do: Grab the ref filter from the file panel (if any) and run the
favorites through it as well, since we want to filter out any non-folder
favorites that the app is incapable of handling. Also, the setting for
the favorites menu to show recent documents needs a new home, as it was
previously in the no longer existing Configure Favorites window. Suggestions
welcome, as I'm not currently seeing a spot in the Tracker prefs that would
make good sense.

Rene Gollent d3b113282a Move CheckDevicesEqual into FSUtils so it can be used in more places. 
Rework ContainerWindow's B_REFS_RECEIVED to use CheckDevicesEqual to decide move vs copy as is done elsewhere.

Rene Gollent 75f60c8b38 Set default flags to B_MULTIPLE_LAUNCH only, as is the case on BeOS. This fixes issues where apps that forgot to specify flags in their resources would be unable to receive remote messages.

Implement origin mode.
    Save origin mode and text attributes when saving the cursor.
    Have RI respect the scroll region.
    When erasing the screen actually erase the screen, not just the scroll region.
    Implement all three variants of the EL (erase line) sequence.

Rene Gollent 92e143c14a Fix regression introduced in r32526: registering the device watcher for node monitoring needs to happen synchronously, otherwise a race condition occurs: unless you're very lucky, the event for creating the raw device would happen before the async thread had a change to add the node monitor, and as such the listener would miss it, and never trigger a filesystem/partition scan. As a result, whether or not adding a USB stick would actually show a volume was essentially russian roulette. Fixes ticket #4345.

Rene Gollent 361d879e0d Fix typo in Jamfile that resulted in libbe's resources not being written since r32521. As a consequence, AboutSystem and others no longer indicated the correct OS version, instead showing Unknown and possibly also missing the revision number. Fixes #4368.

Rene Gollent c3350a57ff Squashed a TODO: When delivering signals, check if a) any threads were in fact enqueued, and b) if the scheduler's preemption hint indicates that a reschedule is desired. This prevents unnecessarily invoking the scheduler every single time a signal is delivered, regardless of result.

Rene Gollent 009ccc2962 anevilyak+mmlr: 
* scheduler_enqueue_in_runqueue() now allows the scheduler to return a hint as to whether a reschedule is desirable or not. This is used in a few other places in order to relegate scheduling decisions entirely to the scheduler rather than the priority hacks previously used. There are probably other places in the kernel that could now make use of that information to more intelligently call reschedule() though.
* Switch over the default scheduler to scheduler_affine().

Rene Gollent f99c6783a3 Skip directories when trying to find translators. This prevents the syslog from showing runtime_loader errors about trouble reading ELF headers on a hybrid build, as it would try to call load_add_on() on the subdir entry itself too.

Rene Gollent eef09d5cae Factor out marker management into its own class and share an instance between the MarkerView and TextView. This allows the textview to also track all markers, and in turn make use of this information to highlight lines corresponding to breakpoints and/or the current instruction pointer.

Rene Gollent 7155254d3f Fix several instances of the anchor index not being properly tracked. When shift-selecting via keyboard, rely on the anchor to know where to shift the selection towards. Fixes rest of ticket #4120.

Rene Gollent 21931c6b49 * Factor out _NextTabStop() for use by the mouse position and text formatting functions. 
* Use _NextTabStop() to correctly determine what character the mouse is clicking on for a line containing tabs. This fixes ticket #4110.
* Sync() after updating the selection region when moving the mouse so the visual feedback is immediate instead of the app_server trying to batch it. This fixes the random delays in the selection highlight updating itself.

Rene Gollent 3c0955a1ce * Removed no longer needed workaround for mouse wheel messages (thanks Axel!). 
* Introduced SourceCode::LineLengthAt(index) and respective implementations in FileSourceCode and DisassembledCode for getting the cached length of the line at the given index.
* Use LineLengthAt in various places in SourceView::TextView to avoid having to calculate string lengths on the fly.
* Clamp the size of the drag and drop rect to the window size. Otherwise in cases of large selections, said rect would get quite large.
* Add support for double click word and triple click line selection.
* Fix problems with tracking state which would erroneously cause the mouse entering the view while dragging on a scroll bar to initiate a drag and drop if there was selected text.
* Add Select All menu/keyboard shortcut and implement corresponding functionality in SourceView::TextView.
