Symptoms :
* The Save menu item wasn't enabled
* the undo/redo menu item weren't neither
The fix I made was to commit the changes made by the user to the editor instance, by augmenting the InsertText and DeleteText from the TextView.
This fixes ticket #3507.

Now, if the user attempt to enter an invalid IPv4 address in a field, when he clicks apply :
* the focus goes back to the invalid field
* it displays an error message into the window, at the bottom
* it beeps
* it doesn't save the change, of course
DNS #2 is consider optional. The check is made with a regex.
This should take care of ticket #4205.

* Align the controls
* Remove a bit of gray space that was superflous
* Size dropdown menu now includes sizes of 13, 15 or 17, if needed, avoiding the case where is shown the word "size".
Basically, it doesn't show them unless you got at that value by using the menu entries.
Also disables the Increase/Decrease text size menu entries if you reach the upper or lower bounds.
Partly fixes ticket #4198.

This make the end key work (trigger the scroll) if the last item is overlapping the bottom boundary.

* if there is only one tab open, no functional change
* when there is two or more tabs open, display the scroll bar in the _ActiveTermView
It simply didn't make sense to not display the scrollbars in the _ActiveTermView since it was already shown in the other tabs. On the other hand, I can understand not showing the scrollbar when there is no tabview visible, as it mimic a real terminal.
That fixes bug reported in ticket #3300.

It resulted in several bogus checkmarks. (ticket #2984)
Also, The last font was always checked by default. The error was that
instead than Marking the "left align" item, it was checking that font because
of the wrong variable used.

launch (without saved settings). As it was before, the window took all
the space it needed i.e. each section was on a single line.
Maybe a better way would be to just start it zoomed.
