Matt Madia 62ee6508dd Tweak scp command, to prevent uploading repositoryDir as a subdir of $version. 
If for some reason (e.g., a forced rebuild), Buildbot rebuilds the same hrev,
it was possible for the scp command to place the repositoryDir as a subdir
in $arch/$version/, instead of as $arch/version. This should ensure that the
contents of repositoryDir are placed in $arch/$version/.

Matt Madia c738ee78e9 Added script for uploading the generated haiku repository. 
The plan is for Buildbot to utilize this script and upload the packages
for each and every successfully built hrev. That portion is still in
progress.

Matt Madia c3cb090f10 Update script for package-management related changes. 
A hpkg will be created locally, which contains the firmwares. This hpkg will
be copied to system. IIRC, the firmware must live in their respective
subdirectories.

To note, once the approve_license flags are implemented on the end-user
applicacation side, the Intel ipw2100 and Intel ipw2200 could be moved
to a separate package. However (and IIRC) the Broadcom involves using a closed
binary blob, that should not become a pre-made package.

Matt Madia d68208fa16 Use double parenthesis for math expressions. 
This allows FreeBSD with a pure /bin/sh (not a symlink to /bin/bash) to build
the cross-tools to a dedicated directory, outside of the generated folder.

This allows MacDecorator to build once again.

Due to other errors, BeDecorator and WinDecorator do not (yet) fail on the
missing FreeType header -- hence it being only a comment for now.

Matt Madia 0288eb7742 Reword an alert prompt to be less detailed, but more correct. 
Resolves #6654. To note, AFAICT, this code block should never be executed.

Matt Madia 0a8ba3708e Manually updated the application signature in catkeys. 
The last part of fixing #9399.

Note: Hopefully this is 'OK'. `jam -q catkeys` and `jam -q catalogs` ran
without issue. Running FirstBootPrompt managed to use up the compiled catalogs.

Matt Madia 37fb247341 Renamed ReadOnlyBootPrompt to FirstBootPrompt. 
The previous name is no longer applicable, as *BootPrompt is now launched on
the first boot of writable medium (e.g., USB thumb drive and hard drives).
Fixes part of #9399.

Notes:
 * BootPrompt.rdef may have lost its history.
 * The renaming was done with the following command:
   git mv src/apps/readonlybootprompt src/apps/firstbootprompt

Matt Madia afc33db942 Launch ReadOnlyBootPrompt if $freshInstallIndicator exists. 
That file will exist on every read-only media, first boot of writable images
(usb,vmdk), and (if installing directly to partition via the build system or a
mounted image file) hard disk.

The last scenario (of installing directly to hard disk through the build system
or mounted image file) may not be ideal, but it generally tends to be an
advanced installation method. Additionally, it will occur only on first boot.

Fixes #8945.

Matt Madia 1a53a4d3f5 Refactored the stripping of debug symbols to be a per-archive basis. 
Setting 'HAIKU_STRIP_DEBUG_FROM_OPTIONAL_PACKAGES = 1' will enable the
mechanism. By default all packages will be stripped. Passing anything
other than '1' or 'true' in the InstallOptionalHaikuImagePackage call
will disable it for a particular package.

Matt Madia 51014b9eb6 Revert "ffmpeg: switch to 0.11.1" (hrev44483) 
This reverts commit 14b654326d.

Unfortunately that changeset causes a regression on GCC 2, which
makes playback of (some?) video impossible. This is due to Libavcodec
being miscompiled, which requires gcc >= 4.2

Resolves the regression of #8856, but does not fix the root issue.

Matt Madia 29c5696ed7 Changes relating to building WebPositive from source. 
* Add WebKit optional package.
 * Make WebKit a dependency of WebPositive
 * Enable building of WebPositive from source.

Note: WebKit currently expands to lib/.  Alternative gcc-subdirectories
are not taken into consideration. Though it is trivial to change.

Several build features (including a future patch for WebKit)
are enabled only if a respective optional package is added.
Prior to this, none of those build features could be activated
in a sub-jam process.
