Philippe Houdoin e803870545 Forgot to commit these... Should fix network stuff build issues. 
Add again the load_driver_symbols() export into our KernelExport.h, as it's expected
by many kernel add-ons (drivers, modules)... the network ones, for a start.

Philippe Houdoin 9dc27856cb Remove userland_modules, now merged in net_server. 
Remove from build the net_server add-ons, as it's not ready for prime-time:
Due to same target name of network modules as kernel modules or userland add-ons,
when you build kernel network modules, userland networl modules try to build to.
But failed (yet), miserably. So, let's report to a future date...

Philippe Houdoin 5c3421e490 rtstat and rt_tables global variables were declared EACH time route.h was included. 
There're now only defined here via extern, and declared in
/current/src/add-ons/kernel/network/core/route.c where they belong.

Philippe Houdoin a098bed826 read_next_module_name() & co now works fine from userland too. 
To test, just compile a kernel module against this app, and put
it under ./add-ons/network/...
It support system and home add-ons/network/... too.
These modules kernel functions are now re-implemented for userland:
get_module()
put_module()
open_module_list()
read_next_module_name()
close_module_list()
get_next_loaded_module_name()

Philippe Houdoin 59e1220c9b Now building, sorry, will build the net stack driver addon as "net_stack_driver" 
instead of the too shorter "stack", which incidently fix a target dependency issue
with the STL stack header.
Wait. No. It's the reverse! :-)

Philippe Houdoin c5b60ec4fd The network stack "kernel" modules was previously misplaced under the 
misnamed /current/src/add-ons/net directory.
Should be into /current/src/add-ons/kernel/network, as they are *kernel* modules add-ons
and as they all share the "network/" prefix in their respective module names.

Philippe Houdoin 32ef543544 Run-time loaded versions of these keyboard and ps2mouse drivers are now 
in 'keyboard' and 'ps2mouse' subdirectories of src/add-ons/kernel/drivers/arch/x86/,
making these old ones obsoletes.

Philippe Houdoin a5da066045 We now don't forget to call drivers's init_driver() to init them completly. 
Drivers who publish nothing are not keep loaded, too.
These are *hacks* until we have a real devfs dynamicly loading drivers...
