- in the code path, now it's clear if the looper is locked or not
- if menus are quitting, now we don't call snooze() anymore, and avoid
the extra GetMouse() call.
- some other cleanups

Moved GetMouse() calls near the check for exit conditions.
Reorganized a bit the code, and hopefully simplified it in some places.

_LoadDefaultSettings() if no settings were loaded already, in order to
return valid values. Renamed private methods to fit our guidelines.

BShelf::_AddReplicant(). Now it's called near the end of the function.
This way we don't have to call RemoveSelf() in case
BShelf::CanAcceptReplicantView() return false. This also fixes a glitch
in BSnow, which calls MoveTo() in AttachedToWindow(). Simplified the
code.

as well (I modified MouseInputDevice's and KeyboardInputDevice's
versions for now)

ResizeSelection() because it didn't support this. Selecting text flicker
a lot now, it will be fixed later. Selection should be changed to work a
bit more like BTextView. This fixes bug #1638

Often it prints only the current page, for example.

hence CancelInputMethod()), but it implements part of it. To avoid code
duplication, I added a private _SetRunArray() call, which does most of
the work, except cancelling the input method, and calling Refresh().
Removed some unneeded code from CancelInputMethod(), some small changes
in HandleInputMethodChanged.

indirectly, and since InsertText() is called inside

explicitly. Fixes bug #1022, although I'm not sure if this is completely
correct.

If a Tab is partially out of the window, clicking on it to make it the
active tab will scroll it to be completely visible.
The best solution would probably be having a way to scroll through the
whole list of tabs, or something like this. But for now, at least, makes
the tabbed terminal a bit more useful.
Thanks!

the real text. Also prevented stealing passwords via scripting (not
tested, though). Fixes bug #1354
Got rid of the _BTextGapBuffer_::[] operator since using it creates less readable code.
Also Implemented _BTextGapBuffer_::RealText() and used it instead of Text() inside BTextView. Will make sense later.

comment in there (by Axel) that read() is never interrupted. Switched to

At least we don't leave running apps around anymore. :)
