Ingo Weinhold dd9f80626c * Removed invocations of SetupIncludes for the unit tests and removed the 
`-nostdinc' flag from the CCFLAGS and C++FLAGS in R5Objects. The R5 tests
  must be compiled with the system header.
* Introduced SetupR5Includes which simply clears HDRS.
* Fixed rule Filter.
* Removed some unnecessary `""' in CCFLAGS and C++FLAGS assignments.

Ingo Weinhold 21df594501 * MakeLocateObjects: The comment implied that the supplied file names 
needed to be gristed, but actually all invocations supplied ungristed
  files. The rule does add grist itself now.
* Added SharedLibraryFromObjects rule.
* Fixed a serious bug in ObjectReference.
* Added rules and variables needed for building the FreeType2 library.

Ingo Weinhold 8c7b7c869d * resolve_app() and translate_ref() do now traverse the supplied ref and 
set it to the resolved entry. Fixed bug causing non-traversal of app
  links. Unset the app meta MIME type's app hint, if it is invalid.
* resolve_app(): Fixed incorrect behavior in case the signature of the
  found app is not the signature of the preferred app.
* Implemented SetSignature(). It is indeed needed and I finally found out.
  :-)
* xLaunchAppPrivate(): The document ref is always resolved.

Ingo Weinhold 9b66380776 Changed SetSignature() return value from void to status_t. resolve_app() and translate_ref() do now set the supplied ref to the resulting one when traversing a link.
