Philippe Houdoin ccb01bef44 Finally integrates running_teams_window stuff to the Debugger app: 
* Rework Debugger class a bit to ease integration
* Expand TeamDebugger::Listener interface to notify start event too.
* Former RunningTeamsWindow, now name TeamsWindow, is shown at start
  if no team/program to launch is specified.
* Double-clicking a team item in this list starts a new Team debugger, or
  reactivate the existing one if any

This window settings is not yet integrated with the SettingsManager.
Will comes next.
I plan to add some UI controls to this Teams window to allow user to setup
a program arguments and environment variables and then launch & debug it.

Philippe Houdoin fdc0a66ed6 Know I remember why I didn't commit it long time ago: 
I've failed not figure out why the window was in a non-existant workspace
at startup. Then I've losted track of these changes.

Philippe Houdoin a4491a5052 Reuse game mode window on re-enter, and restore previous window, if any, 
when leaving game mode. Now a windowed glut app can (re-)enter
and leave game mode as much as it wants to.

Philippe Houdoin a56bc48835 ImÃport new 3dfx graphics driver from Gerald Zajac (see #6215. 
Supports Banshee, Voodoo3 and Voodoo5 chips.
It will be promoted as older tdfx replacement soon, but not until 
my small changes around phys_addr_t are validated.

Philippe Houdoin 2aab101928 Register for only supported devices, which reduce a bit overhead when unrelated USB device is plugged-in. 
Applied patch for #5209 by oruizdorantes for usb_asix, do the same for usb_davicom.
Will eventually rework it in order to remove duplicated IDs list.
The usb_serial driver also needs the same optimization, 
but gathering the IDs list will take more time than refactor the code and since 
usb_serial is not yet included in haiku image neither ready (no tty module), there is less user experience immediate gain...

Philippe Houdoin 50a1d8a4f5 Stupid me, vector icon data loaded by a local BResources 
object is lost outside its scope. 
Now vector data is copied instead.

Spotted by Pete Goodeve, thanks!
This should close #4562.

It's typed as B_VECTOR_ICON_TYPE, which is only known under Haiku.

Philippe Houdoin 32be844cec We can't use OpenGL logo before we obtains a license from SGI. 
Meanwhile, let's replace it with a classical glgears one.

BTW, we need an icon for this preflet, currently it's the Network preflet one!
People more fluent with Icon-O-Matic than me (aka everybody) are welcome.

Philippe Houdoin 5daa1139f6 No wonder acpi_thermal didn't load: _TZ_ (thermalzone), along _PR_ (processor), 
_SB_ (System Busses) and _SI_ (System Info) root nodes wasn't published 
as device manager nodes, only their subnodes, if any.
