our Terminal only works correctly with fixed width fonts, now the font
menu filters out variable width ones. For some reason, though, Konatu
Tohaba isn't recognized as fixed. Various other changes.

cleanup thread, since, not being attached to the window, Window()
returned NULL. Now CustomTermView::NotifyQuit() accounts for this, and
sends the message to the first window in the BApplication. Moreover,
RemoveTab() would always remove the currently selected tab, and not the
requested one.
Changed a printf() to fprintf().

That way menubars are navigable via keyboard. There are still glitches,
but menu keyboard navigation works now.
Minor optimization: cache the value of CountItems() instead of calling
it multiple times.

review.
Added a compile time option to switch off the use of the cached menu
windows. Looks like there is a problem with the focus system, if I keep
the cached menu window around, it "steals" keyboard events from the main
app window after the menu has been opened and closed once.

Christof Lutteroth, which improve menu keyboard navigation. Sorry for
the delay, I had these patches sitting on my hard drive for a while. At
least now you can open a menu with ALT + ESC, navigate it with the arrow keys,
and invoke an item.
Various issues still exist, including: menubars don't get the keydown
messages, and if you keep the mouse over the menu while navigating
with the keyboard, nothing will happen.

- if menus are quitting, now we don't call snooze() anymore, and avoid
the extra GetMouse() call.

Reorganized a bit the code, and hopefully simplified it in some places.

BShelf::_AddReplicant(). Now it's called near the end of the function.
This way we don't have to call RemoveSelf() in case
BShelf::CanAcceptReplicantView() return false. This also fixes a glitch
in BSnow, which calls MoveTo() in AttachedToWindow(). Simplified the
code.

duplication, I added a private _SetRunArray() call, which does most of
the work, except cancelling the input method, and calling Refresh().

in HandleInputMethodChanged.

If a Tab is partially out of the window, clicking on it to make it the
active tab will scroll it to be completely visible.
The best solution would probably be having a way to scroll through the
whole list of tabs, or something like this. But for now, at least, makes
the tabbed terminal a bit more useful.
Thanks!
