Moved the AboutRequested code to a static TermView method, called from
everywhere (now TermApp knows about TermView, but no one is perfect).
Reordered and removed includes.

In that case TermView computes rows and columns based on the frame size.
This also made simpler to attach a TermView to a given BWindow, like done
in the RepliTerminal test app. Changed Repliterminal accordingly.
Removed the bool parameter from SetTermSize(), and added a SetTermSize which
accept a BRect, as well.

it's used as replicant (but I think it won't work anymore, yet),
it doesn't influence the global settings.
TermWindow saves the preferences on quit, if the PrefWindow was never
instantiated. This allows the window size to be saved also when it's
resized manually (not via menu).

aren't routed correctly over the 8259, it seems.
- Removed passing the hpet_regs around, since there's a static variable.
- Added lots of debug dprintfs.
- Fixed setting the timer interrupt to edge
- Timer is initialized once.
- Use the timer 0 instead of 2.
- Renamed register definitions to be more readable
- Use 64 bits registers and unions where applicable.

1000. XenServer boots correctly and in reasonable time,
now (meaning hpet timers work). I guess on real hw the bios doesn't
correctly program the hpet timers, so we'll need a bit more work.

XenServer actually boots (but slow as hell) with hpet timers enabled, real hardware does
not.

checked the existence of the apics.
Moved the code to disable the local apic from arch_timer.c to arch_int.cpp, so
we also avoid installing the interrupt handler for it.

Increased the scrollers size from 10 to 12, since at high resolutions,
they're really too small.

BDirectWindow::SetFullScreen() before the window is shown.
The app_server didn't like this, since in that case, Window::Screen() is
NULL. I added a check to ServerWindow::_ResizeToFullScreen() to handle
