* Changing pictures using the arrow keys while being in a picture folder in tracker would quit the
fullscreen mode (if you happen to be in that mode) because it tries to resize the window to fit

* Removed the WordWrap from the text view, until we computed the TextHeight(), then put it again, once the textview got resized.
I think it might be hiding an other bug in the way we compute TextHeight(), but it seems to be a workaround.

This prevents the case where the screen is filled with a color during the first frame of the screensaver.
When you return to the preview (after the Test), that first frame is long gone and the preview is then invalid.

* When you select Cancel, it did display an alert saying it couldn't start the server, and then displays the main window. That error message was unnecessary since the text box (in the main window) already says so.
* When you click on Select, it displays the same error message, and then display the file panel. That error message didn't exactly made sense in that context.

* Align the controls
* Remove a bit of gray space that was superflous
* Size dropdown menu now includes sizes of 13, 15 or 17, if needed, avoiding the case where is shown the word "size".
Basically, it doesn't show them unless you got at that value by using the menu entries.
Also disables the Increase/Decrease text size menu entries if you reach the upper or lower bounds.

* if there is only one tab open, no functional change
* when there is two or more tabs open, display the scroll bar in the _ActiveTermView
It simply didn't make sense to not display the scrollbars in the _ActiveTermView since it was already shown in the other tabs. On the other hand, I can understand not showing the scrollbar when there is no tabview visible, as it mimic a real terminal.
That fixes bug reported in ticket #3300.

Also, The last font was always checked by default. The error was that
instead than Marking the "left align" item, it was checking that font because
of the wrong variable used.
