François Revol 4219bd961b Rework the ConsoleDevice to be a full featured window based console. 
Only looses high intensity color from the plain console, but doesn't eat keystrokes, and a 2nd window opens for dprintf stuff.
Only Amiga makes it possible ;-)

François Revol 499f2a5c48 Some more work to get video support working, add generic code to support the boot splash in. 
However all modes available are planar, and there doesn't seem to be a way to tell it in the kernel args framebuffer struct...

François Revol 710dac2313 M68K: Do not force HAIKU_BOOT_PLATFORM and make the floppy image size depend on it. One should use HAIKU_BOOT_PLATFORM={atari_m68k|amiga_m68k} now instead of setting TARGET_BOOT_PLATFORM. 
Note we aren't yet at the point where jam can make you a floppy image due to broken vm stuff.
It might be interesting to also switch the extension used on the image, amiga emulators prefer .adf for ex.

François Revol bf6cf21094 Fix AmigaOS calls : a6 is required to point to the library base, but our gcc uses it as frame pointer, so we must save it before calling. 
Fix the console and remove test panics. We now display the menu, although not in the best colors :

François Revol 04fc737059 Start of implementation for the console. dprintf() now uses one of the console handles for simplicity. 
It crashes for now though, seems we have a stack alignment issue or maybe mangled registers. Or maybe it's due to non-static initializers not being done.

François Revol 14016c7ce9 Add some simplified structure definitions the way NetBSD does. 
Implement cpu detection using Exec's AttnFlags.
Now panics a little later.

Note you need to tell UAE to emulate a 040 now (020 not supported) with -C4 to boot.

François Revol 7171eb5907 Actually it seems using HD ADF image is what is causing this issue with 6 sectors. Using DD images seems to work fine. 
Fix panic(). Now panic() in _start.

To try it, do :

François Revol 52d6ea00ea Adapt the putx routine from atari code to update the string for the alert with a code. Use it to indicate remaining sectors to read on error. 
It seems DoIO() fails after 6 sectors. Could it have something to do with side handling ? I hope I won't have to dig trackdisk.device specific stuff...
Anyway even with 6 sectors read, the boot code now calls _start() successfully. Use _floppy_err_alert() to assert this until the copying is fixed.

François Revol e7d5c75dce Small script to bootstrap Haiku from Haiku. 
It downloads the latest image, mounts it, copy files over the target partition, copy extra files, schedules installing optional packages on next reboot and runs makebootable.
Use with caution.

François Revol 3d08ac9237 Add the fmemopen() and open_memstream() POSIX extensions to libroot. Those can be used to build FILE pointers to in-memory buffers, a possible use would be to make resources available to ported applications. Untested.

François Revol a67b5b9911 Fix the width and height fields of the B_VIEW_RESIZED message to be of type int32 and not float, as stated in the BeBook. They are rarely used since BView::FrameResize() passes the floats directly from the updated bounds, but at least it should fix the XEmacs port.

Add notification when mime sniffing files on first boot, at least it gives a visual indication of why so much cpu is consumed.
