Revert r33437, which was missing the root cause.
Spotted by Christophe Huriaux, thanks.
And welcome in contributors list!

Supports Banshee, Voodoo3 and Voodoo5 chips.
It will be promoted as older tdfx replacement soon, but not until
my small changes around phys_addr_t are validated.

Applied patch for #5209 by oruizdorantes for usb_asix, do the same for usb_davicom.
Will eventually rework it in order to remove duplicated IDs list.
The usb_serial driver also needs the same optimization,
but gathering the IDs list will take more time than refactor the code and since
usb_serial is not yet included in haiku image neither ready (no tty module), there is less user experience immediate gain...

Now vector data is copied instead.
Spotted by Pete Goodeve, thanks!
This should close#4562.

It's typed as B_VECTOR_ICON_TYPE, which is only known under Haiku.

branches/features/stack-and-tile branch, until it's ready enough to be merge
into trunk.

what FreeBSD does.
Thanks!

Meanwhile, let's replace it with a classical glgears one.
BTW, we need an icon for this preflet, currently it's the Network preflet one!
People more fluent with Icon-O-Matic than me (aka everybody) are welcome.

been since long already.
This should help aljen reintegrate his gallium branch sooner than later,
which after the speed improvment on softpipe made last days will
be welcomed, I'll bet ;-)
Maybe it's possible to even have both current Mesa Software Renderer add-on
*and* Gallium-based SoftPipe one. Will need to actually support renderer
selection (in OpenGL preference panel or via a missing OpenGL Kit API),
as today the first add-on found is the only one ever selected...

* Moved DPC queue creation / deletion before/after ACPI subsystem
init/shutdown repectively, as AcpiInitializeObjects() would
eventually trigger some AcpiOsExecute() call, which need DPC to be ready.
* Still missing: a DPC queue that run each call in its own thread, not sequentially...

* Renamed StatusAddOn to InterfacesAddOn.
* Made the interfaces list a more self-contained InterfacesListView object
Now watch for network notifications, but does nothing yet with those.
* Small style changes (but still not compliant).

* Check that path is indeed a file, not a directory
* Contrary to what BeBook say, we can't delete BLocalMidi* endpoints,
but only Release() them like all others endpoints. Avoid midi_server to
panic when a device is removed.
git-svn-id: file:///srv/svn/repos/haiku/haiku/trunk@33202 a95241bf-73f2-0310-859d-f6bbb57e9c96
* Make all but DialupAddOn add-ons build.
Not that usefull though, as Services, Dummy and Multi add-ons are totally
useless. Status/Overview add-on show interface status, allow to change their
configuration like NetworkStatus replicant does.
But it doesn't watch (yet) for interface/link status change notifications.

swallow SysEx end byte (F7) when it's the expected one.
Should fix#4445.
* Implement device remove handling.
Which should fix#4053.
Please test it.
git-svn-id: file:///srv/svn/repos/haiku/haiku/trunk@33159 a95241bf-73f2-0310-859d-f6bbb57e9c96
* F0 start bytes is not part of the content sprayed anymore
* Realtime byte are now supported during a SysEx, as it's the only
event that could be interleaved between a SySEx F0 .... F7 sequence.
* Orphelin SysEx F7 end byte is passed on *AS IS*.
Please test (no support midi port to do it myself).

* add output support
* fix variable lenght input: all usb_midi_event_packet bytes were
always returned before.
Missing features are:
* multiport support (input from any ports are read and merged currently,
so beware to connect only one port!)
* non-standard USB midi adapters, like my Roland UM-2 which don't advertize
themselves as Audio / Midi stream class/subclass.

Plus vector icon support should be added to Midi kit.

Stephan, Axel, could one of you report this change in clockwerk/src/shared/AudioProducer.cpp too.
Clockwerk name his audio output "MediaPlayer Sound Output", which is both confusing and, well,
semantically wrong ;-).
BTW, for MediaPlayer being able to (re)name his output after the filename playing will be great, no?

The skeleton 'hdb' application does nothing usefull beside, as I was trying to get fluent in team_debugger
messages.
That's pretty much all what I came with during a pathetic attempt to secure some free time to work on
a (indeed) most wanted native graphical debugger for Haiku. Building libdwarf was pending when I've realized
I wont have time ever.
Ingo, I hope you don't mind. Fee free to do whatever you want with it, remove included.

easily: moved out of config.h some definitions that we could do
dynamically per target architecture.
NOTE: ppc, m68k and sparc optimizations are currently missing and should
be imported from ffmpeg 0.5 before we can build avcodec plugin for these
targets. Hence why it's still X86_ONLY qualified.
