Ingo Weinhold fb5e7764c7 For messages that hit MessageReceived() the sending team is added to the message. Sometimes the R5 registrar drops B_REPLY messages, that we are now able to filter out.

Ingo Weinhold 51cd5541a4 Added resources for the UnitTestHelper applications. This is needed to override the B_ARGV_ONLY flag that an application has by default. Actually this doesn't help very much due to problem with the R5 roster, but it doesn't harm at least.

Ingo Weinhold bffaf34afe Initial version of provisional BBitmap implementation. Save SetBits() all functions of current interest are implemented. A helper class for palatte <-> true color conversion is in place. Nothing is tested. Currently not included in the build.

Ingo Weinhold bbab11ba30 Changed BRoster::GetRunningAppInfo() return value back to B_BAD_TEAM_ID in case the team ID is < 0. I thought R5 returns B_ERROR, but it does only for -1, otherwise it also returns B_BAD_TEAM_ID. We don't mimic this slightly insane behavior.
