François Revol 22d81b6c8e Implement proper console color handling. 
Don't draw over the screen title.
Oddly the menu doesn't seem to clear the screen.

François Revol bf6cf21094 Fix AmigaOS calls : a6 is required to point to the library base, but our gcc uses it as frame pointer, so we must save it before calling. 
Fix the console and remove test panics. We now display the menu, although not in the best colors :

François Revol 04fc737059 Start of implementation for the console. dprintf() now uses one of the console handles for simplicity. 
It crashes for now though, seems we have a stack alignment issue or maybe mangled registers. Or maybe it's due to non-static initializers not being done.

François Revol 14016c7ce9 Add some simplified structure definitions the way NetBSD does. 
Implement cpu detection using Exec's AttnFlags.
Now panics a little later.

Note you need to tell UAE to emulate a 040 now (020 not supported) with -C4 to boot.

François Revol 7171eb5907 Actually it seems using HD ADF image is what is causing this issue with 6 sectors. Using DD images seems to work fine. 
Fix panic(). Now panic() in _start.

To try it, do :

François Revol 52d6ea00ea Adapt the putx routine from atari code to update the string for the alert with a code. Use it to indicate remaining sectors to read on error. 
It seems DoIO() fails after 6 sectors. Could it have something to do with side handling ? I hope I won't have to dig trackdisk.device specific stuff...
Anyway even with 6 sectors read, the boot code now calls _start() successfully. Use _floppy_err_alert() to assert this until the copying is fixed.

François Revol 06abf33747 Add a rule to checksum the bootblock inside haiku_loader for Amiga. It seems Jam correctly runs the action after creating the file, though I'm not sure it's correct with respect to jam -j.

François Revol e7d5c75dce Small script to bootstrap Haiku from Haiku. 
It downloads the latest image, mounts it, copy files over the target partition, copy extra files, schedules installing optional packages on next reboot and runs makebootable.
Use with caution.

François Revol 3d08ac9237 Add the fmemopen() and open_memstream() POSIX extensions to libroot. Those can be used to build FILE pointers to in-memory buffers, a possible use would be to make resources available to ported applications. Untested.

François Revol a67b5b9911 Fix the width and height fields of the B_VIEW_RESIZED message to be of type int32 and not float, as stated in the BeBook. They are rarely used since BView::FrameResize() passes the floats directly from the updated bounds, but at least it should fix the XEmacs port.

François Revol ce3befb692 Fix uncommented extra line. Change the name of the U-Boot script to the name expected by the FreeRunner, however it really wants only a kernel binary so it doesn't work.

François Revol 0c538753e2 Attempt to fix several flaws that prevented me from backing up my 650MB of mails from my BeOS partition: 
- Select() didn't actually reselect even when asked to force things from AddMessage(), making the uploaded mail get an off-by-one unique id assigned and a second copy downloaded on subsequent fetching, though this would really need proofreading as I'm not really sure how it all works,
- the allocated buffer wasn't freed, making mail_daemon allocate 650MB, which obviously crashed when out of physical ram, now it only uses 15MB :p,
- try to find workable IMAP flags for sent and pending mails, or use custom ones when the server allows arbitrary flags,
- the LIST command wasn't checked for correct response, making subsequent commands like CREATE mailbox fail from the OK answer of previous ones when syncing on a new accound,
- try to read the creating time (actually modification time since creation time is reset when copying files around) and pass it to APPEND command so I won't get the whole 10000 mails all received as of today.
Now I can put all my old mails on an imap server (tested on dovecot) to read it from other OSes.

François Revol bbb55d159e Add PCI device reservation to the drivers that still missed it in the image. This along with the updated OpenSound should fix the KDLs. Hopefully the init_driver() code was identical enough I didn't make any copy-paste error.

François Revol 79bda6fd6e Fix #5754 so at least the driver builds. It is not yet usable since we do not have a tty manager. For now it should be possible to get the BeOS one to work in Haiku though, but it's not tested.
