Ingo Weinhold 21df594501 * MakeLocateObjects: The comment implied that the supplied file names 
needed to be gristed, but actually all invocations supplied ungristed
  files. The rule does add grist itself now.
* Added SharedLibraryFromObjects rule.
* Fixed a serious bug in ObjectReference.
* Added rules and variables needed for building the FreeType2 library.

Ingo Weinhold 8c7b7c869d * resolve_app() and translate_ref() do now traverse the supplied ref and 
set it to the resolved entry. Fixed bug causing non-traversal of app
  links. Unset the app meta MIME type's app hint, if it is invalid.
* resolve_app(): Fixed incorrect behavior in case the signature of the
  found app is not the signature of the preferred app.
* Implemented SetSignature(). It is indeed needed and I finally found out.
  :-)
* xLaunchAppPrivate(): The document ref is always resolved.

Ingo Weinhold fb5e7764c7 For messages that hit MessageReceived() the sending team is added to the message. Sometimes the R5 registrar drops B_REPLY messages, that we are now able to filter out.

Ingo Weinhold 51cd5541a4 Added resources for the UnitTestHelper applications. This is needed to override the B_ARGV_ONLY flag that an application has by default. Actually this doesn't help very much due to problem with the R5 roster, but it doesn't harm at least.

Ingo Weinhold ce61895f3e We now support MIME strings of maximal length B_MIME_TYPE_LENGTH including the null only. Adjusted the tests accordingly.
