Philippe Houdoin 8f53078de4 Added smallest skeletons of future nvidia and radeon OpenGL renderers. 
For the moment, these two just does a quick check for nvidia or radeon drivers been loaded and running.

Philippe Houdoin af1c1a0a03 Renamed the public api to underline the DPC *queue* mechanism handled. 
Pending DPCs at queue death time are now called too, to avoid possible leaks.
Meanwhile, queue_dpc() will refuse to add another DPC and returns B_CANCELLED.

Philippe Houdoin fb2b8194c2 Moved GLRenderer instanciation at window attachment time, not GLView creation time. 
Hardware GLRenderers will surely needs to check which screen device (so which window)
a GLView beg him to render to as fast as possible.
Unless such hardware is not serving this screen...

Philippe Houdoin 7a459c2db3 * Renamed the folder to avoid confusion about the location 
of Mesa framework (src/kits/opengl/mesa) and make
  clearer here live the Mesa Software Renderer add-on for
  Haiku's OpenGL stack.
* Renamed the class for the same reason.
* Changed the string returned for GL_RENDERER to
  help sorting out Haiku's renderer add-on(s) from
  Mesa3D BeOS ports's monolithic libGL.so renderer.
* Make the renderer context current if none is already. This fix
  the need in GLInfo to call LockGL() before calling any
  glGet*() calls, when it was not necessary under R5
  (and Mesa3D beos ports)

Philippe Houdoin 5522045320 As reported by Fredrik Ekdahli, the GL viewport should be set by default as soon as the view is attached to a window. 
But the default size is the view one, not the view's window size, which doesn't make much sense.

Philippe Houdoin 6e23537d47 Removed main/dispatch.c from libmesa.a: the GL API dispatching is added in libGL.so by GLDispather.cpp (and eventually some assembly code like glapi_x86.S for x86 architecture). 
On PPC, both dispatch.c and GLDispatcher.cpp were exporting gl* OpenGL API. Twice is not better, even when "none" was the previous state for PPC port ;-)

The best font size for speed is now dynamically computed to fit too.

Philippe Houdoin cb5da7de09 Cleanup libbe.so build system, using MergeObject power: 
a) Make main Jamfile more easier to understand to new (and old even) developers. 
   Currently it looks a little too messy compared to usual Haiku's jamfiles.
b) Get ride of app.src, interface.src, storage.src and support.src includes files.
c) Move each kit objects files built back to their respective
   objects/x86.R1/kits/{app|interface|storage|support} location.
d) Move private headers and source search hints back to each respective kit
   Jamfiles. Most of them, at least.

{app|interface|storage|support}.src files effective deletion will come soon.
Hope I didn't break all *again* :-\

Philippe Houdoin 9672813d0d Fixed a bug that always report one processor even on SMP machine. 
Colorized with Haiku theme the credits text, tell me what you think...
Enhanced the uptime text construction.
Added some resizable support, but I failed to see why the textview don't adjust, so it's still disable.

Philippe Houdoin 006a9e008b Add a first draft OpenGL kit. 
The OpenGL software renderer add-on should follow soon.
Allow to link GLTeapot as native, but without renderer, nothing is displayed ;-)
