Localization files of the EXR Translation Add-On for Finnish, Polish and
Ukrainian languages replaced with correct versions. Previous version was empty
because of my local problem downloading them from HTA.
I'm sorry for unconvenience.

with some changes and exclusions:
- all attempts to localize "fprintf(stderr,..." and "printf(..."
replaced by _untranslated_ "syslog(LOG_ERR ...";
- following *Translator.rdef files, that were not added in mentioned patches
were additionally created:
SGI, TIFF, RAW, RTF, PPM, WebP, EXR, STXT, WonderBrush, GIF, TGA;
- some small fixes for consistent catalogs building.

HTA generates sometime zero-length catkeys and jam dependencies are not worked
in this case. Probably the modification date of file was not updated by wget?

was rewritten to Haiku MultiAudio API.
This changeset replaces both old version of the same driver written for
BeOS R3 Sound API and ali5451 driver that handles the same audio hardware.
The driver was tested with SiS 7018 and ALi M5451 cards. Trident DX/NX
support still should be tested.
Some parts, related to ALi M5451 support were inspired by original ali5451
code so the copyright (c) 2009 by Krzysztof Äwiertnia was added in the source.

- Russian localization at HTA is outdated;
- Belarusian localization is under completing now as last part of corresponding
GCI Task. As the mentor of this task I have to keep all changes related to it
in compact single changeset form. So adding incomplete parts of student's work
breaks this policy.

- correspondently use "-iquote" instead of "-I-" that is treated as obsolete by GCC 4. This fixes warning messages mentioned in #6177;
- use $(TARGET) instead of $(OBJ_DIR)/$(NAME) in driverinstall: rules too. Patch by Evgeny Abdraimov.

Belarusian (Latin) and Russian (Typewriter) keymaps added;
Basic Belarusian keymap was renamed in correspondence with ISO 963-2.
