* This part is just fixes to let the driver work. I have decided
to separate this changes just for Adrien's information because
final version will be refactored significantly.
* The fixes:
- Endpoint 3 acknowledgements must be enabled in USB Control Register
to let async notifications work;
- Functions to handle MII registers and MII initialization routines
are implemented and used;
- Sending WRITE1_REGISTER request typo was fixed;
- Small typo in queueing RX iovec fixed: we are receiving 2 blocks not 1;
- one byte size padding is required in case TX packet length is multiple
of pipe max packet size;
- StopDevice procedure implemented;
- StartDevice procedure fixed;
* Code style fixes are coming soon. Please be patient.

* Workaround for touchpad reset timeouts on some HP/Compaq KBCs. Looks like such
KBC marks the mouse reset request (xFF) as correctly sent (by xFA answer) but
does not wait enough time for the answer from touchpad. So complete answer
finally contains xFE xAA x00 bytes. The workaround detects this xFE xAA answer
and issues the RESEND (xFE) request to touchpad. This forces touchpad to resend
the last packet of data (xAA x00) that can be processed normally by the host;
* Fix for handling passthrough_command() call. The parent device was disabled at
start of processing command and was not re-enabled back in case any error return.
This fixes the touchpad "pass-through" feature handling on the same HP/Compaq HW.
This KBC has the "pass-through" capability marked ON but cannot handle it as
currently implemented - there is no answer from corresponding port. The parent
device stay in disabled state after this;
* Fix ps2_dev_publish() for handling passthrough devices (parent_dev != NULL)
This workaround postpone the publishing such device until the parent device
finishes it's opening and set the PS2_ENABLED_FALG. It prevent from mixing
the Synaptics multi-command sequences from synaptics_open() and ps2_dev_publish()
routines and failing both initializations;

Proposed in it "LD ?= gcc" assignment doesn't works both with existing
makefiles and with current version of the makefile template. User must
define LD in it's makefile to let them work. That is bad.
This workaround uses $origin function to check for redefinition of LD
variable in user's makefile.

like HTA cannot detect such situation, so right lines "Can't undo"
were masked by wrong one "Can't Undo" and this line stay untranslated
for most time.

Note that catkeys generation at HTA use from now alphabetical lines sort
and those "upgrade" commits for every existing translation will be very
"noisy" for a first time but bring more order in changes tracking in
the furture. We are sorry for temporary inconvenience. ;-)

Note that I have not applied the localization of terminal error messages (printf-handled ones).
That stuff is not visible in the normal using circumstances but will take translator's time
for localizing it. A bit of disk space is also required to store those lines.

Beside of localization task some refactoring was performed:
- strings, stored previously in resources were moved from resource definition
file to cpp files at the place of using;
- cleanup of resource definitions and Common.cpp/Common.h.
Additionall tasks, made by S.Zharski:
- the rests of resource handling tasks were purged out from Common.cpp/Common.h;
- Common.h renamed to DiskUsage.h;
- the rests of code from Common.cpp merged into DiskUsage.cpp;
- the preprocessor tricks and magics targeted mainly for resources support
were removed;
- some code style fixes and "internationalization style" fixes were made.

This application was already localized but some lines were missed. The name
of floating Settings window localized using B_TRANSLATE_WITH_CONTEXT to prevent
possible functionality breackage during using it from other module (and other
